These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the v7slot online gaming platform, available at https://v7slot.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). v7slot operates as an online casino and sports betting service under an international gaming licence issued by Curaçao gaming authorities.

• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of a v7slot employee, in a position that may represent a conflict of interest with your use of the Platform.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. v7slot reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any additional rules and guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not use the Platform while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement, or as a means to address financial difficulty.

All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

All games available on the v7slot Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are subject to independent testing and certification by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or sporting bet, v7slot reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the corresponding stake amounts to Players' Accounts. v7slot's decision in relation to any technical malfunction is final. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referal to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform under any identity, whether your own or another person's.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during Account registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21 or in a Prohibited Territory.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, automated tools, exploits, or any other technical means.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform.
• Abusing promotional offers through systematic exploitation, collusion, or coordinated bonus-farming activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, or with any Platform employee, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Charging-back or reversing any deposit made to the Platform through a financial institution or payment provider without first resolving the matter with v7slot's support team.

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform — including its design, software, game content, graphics, text, trademarks, and databases — are owned by or licensed to v7slot. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any of v7slot's Intellectual Property beyond accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or transmit any content from the Platform without v7slot's express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of v7slot's Intellectual Property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, v7slot, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or any services provided thereon.

v7slot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure of your Account, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account balance will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements, provided no amounts are subject to pending investigations.

v7slot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event that: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is associated with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction; or (e) we reasonably determine that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to v7slot or to other users of the Platform.

In the event of termination for cause under the circumstances described in (a) through (e) above, v7slot may, at its discretion, withold Account balances pending investigation and may forfeit Bonus Funds in their entirety.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily pause your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently block your Account. Self-exclusion periods, once active, cannot be reversed until the agreed exclusion period expires.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence require otherwise.

For Malaysian players: nothing in this clause is intended to, and does not, override any applicable mandatory consumer rights provisions under Malaysian law to the extent they apply to your use of this Platform.

v7slot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, v7slot will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Account holders via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
